The Booking Process

• When you submit a booking request via our Site, you are offering to reserve accommodation subject to these Terms and the availability of the property.
• All bookings must be accompanied by complete and accurate information.

• A booking is not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability, errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms

• By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees in accordance with your booking.
• Deposits and Prepayments:
• Depending on the property and the booking terms, a deposit or full pre-payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Currency and Fees:
• All prices are quoted in Pound Stirling (GBP) and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations by the Guest:
• Standard Cancellation:
• If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the scheduled check-in date, you may be entitled to a full refund or a refund less a nominal cancellation fee, as specified in your confirmation.
• Late Cancellation:
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may incur a charge of up to 50% of the total booking amount, or may be non-refundable.
• Cancellations by Us:
• Should we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative booking under similar terms.
• Refund Process:
• Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 21 business days.
• Non-Refundable Items:
• Any additional services or fees marked as non-refundable at the time of booking are not eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling:
• Requests to change booking details (e.g., dates, number of guests, or cabin type) are subject to availability.
• Any modifications may incur additional charges and must be confirmed in writing by us.

Modifications and Amendments to Bookings

• Guest-Initiated Changes:
• If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us directly.
• All modifications are subject to property availability and may result in changes to the booking rate or additional fees.
• Policy Updates:
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on the Site and will become effective immediately upon posting.
• Your continued use of the Site or any booking made after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

• Accurate Representation:

• Compliance with Laws:
• You are responsible for ensuring that your conduct during your stay complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and property guidelines.

• In no event shall Famau Cabins, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any booking.
• Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question.
• Force Majeure:
• Famau Cabins is not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Entire Agreement and Miscellaneous Provisions

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Famau Cabins regarding your booking, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
• Severability:
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Assignment:

• No Waiver:
